About Foothills Concussion & Rehabilitation Centre
Foothills Concussion & Rehabilitation Centre (FCRC) is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing proven, specialized assessments and quality treatments to those living with Concussions and other neurological impairments including Attention Deficit Hyperactity Disorder (ADHD). The fees for these treatments are not currently covered by our health-care system and many people suffering from Concussions have not been able to access support and treatment due to economic disadvantage. FCRC is committed to making this service accessible in Southern Alberta. Our Founder, Dr. Stuart Donaldson, had more than 30 years of experience in the effective treatment of patients with symptoms of Concussions, ADHD and other neurological impairments.
Founded by Dr. Stuart Donaldson, FCRC is governed by a passionate three-member board of directors dedicated to the community and those within it. We understand the devastating impacts Concussions can have on peoples’ lives. As a result, FCRC is committed to funding neurological treatments for low-income children, teens, and adults suffering from Concussions, ADHD, and other neurological impairments. Our vision includes educating the public to facilitate awareness about brain health – specifically Concussions and the implications they have on our community and research.
